This document contains the Forest Rights Act, 2006 (FRA), Comprehensive Tribal Rules, and Guidelines on the implementation of the FRA. It also contains Annexures of forms to claim title for forest land under occupation, title to community forest rights and title to community forest resources, along with the format for furnishing quarterly reports.
