UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

ORDER

 

Pending further orders, trial of the case previously pending as Sessions case No. 161/2004 before Additional Sessions Judge, Dabod, now transferred to Additional Sessions Judge of IVth Court of City Civil Sessions Court Ahmedabad (CBI case No. RCI/S/2004 SCB Mumbai) titled as CBI vs. Jaswantbhai Chaturbhai ‘Nai’ shall remain stayed.

 

Counter affidavit, if not already filed, be filed by the Respondents in the course of tomorrow. List these matters together. The matters are adjourned to next Monday, i.e. 2nd August, 2004.
