Judge Dhanda hearing the Gulberg Trial today
passed two orders explicitly rejecting the Special Investigation
Team (SIT)s applications deferring filling investigation papers
related to the questionable roles of former Joint CP MK Tandon,
former DCP PB Gondia etc. In these orders the judge also passed
severe strictures against the SIT for failing to produce the records
despite two orders passed by him in November 2011 and April 2012.
